杭州健康码申领指南（英文版）

　　步骤一

　　打开手机支付宝扫描右侧二维码可直接进入。

　　STEP1

　　Find/download the mobile phone app Alipay (支付宝 in Chinese) and scan the QR code below with it.

　　步骤二

　　授权“杭州健康码”获取个人有关信息：姓名、手机号、证件号码。

　　STEP2

　　You might see the message as below, for first-time users, to request your consent to provide personal information. Just click the right button to agree. You may just skip it if you’ve registered.

　　步骤三

　　依次填写选项(*为必填)。

　　STEP3

　　 Answer the questions as requested concerning your health status and whereabouts.

　　步骤四

　　确认后提交。

　　STEP4

　　Complete the form and submit.

　　步骤五

　　生成二维码。

　　 STEP 5

　　 Get the Hangzhou health code.

　　注：显示绿码者，进出杭州扫码通行;显示红码者，要实施14天的集中或居家隔离，在连续申报健康打卡14天正常后，将转为绿码;显示黄码者，要进行7天以内的集中或居家隔离，在连续申报健康打卡不超过7天正常后，将转为绿码。

　　Note:

　　You are requested to have a GREEN code for entering or leaving from Hangzhou. A RED code holder is requested for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 14 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 14 days. Likewise, a YELLOW code holder is requested to stay for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 7 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 7 days.
